YOUR PRIVACY
Your CV. Your information.
CVdone processes the information you enter to create and download your CV. You choose which details to include; a photograph and personal information beyond your application needs are optional.
CV details and saved drafts
The builder remembers your entries in your browser. When you create a PDF, a saved draft and the generated file are stored on the server so that your download and private editing links can work.
Private editing and sharing links
Treat your editing link as private: anyone with that link can access the associated CV. Only share your viewing link with people you want to see your CV. These links are not a substitute for password protection.
Delete your data
Use Your data in the CV builder to delete the CV data associated with your browser. Keep the editing link private, and download any copy you want to keep before requesting deletion.
Cookies and contact messages
Essential session cookies help secure requests and remember your draft. If you contact us, your name, email address and message are used to respond to your enquiry.
Optional analytics cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website visits, traffic sources and interactions such as starting a CV or downloading a PDF. Analytics is not loaded until you choose to accept it. We do not send your CV text, name, email address, photograph, PDF filename or private editing and sharing tokens to Analytics.
Your cookie choice is remembered for six months. You can reject optional analytics or change your choice at any time using . Essential functions remain available when you reject analytics. Google’s privacy policy explains how Google handles data.
